The 6th Renewable Energy 2012 Expo is estimated to attract over 15,000 trade professionals from across the globe. At every stage, the REI team endeavours to make the visitor participation at the expo an enriching and a rewarding experience.

Plan Your Visit brochure

The Plan Your Visit Brochure is produced and circulated 6 weeks before the expo. The comprehensive brochure enlist all the participating companies alongwith their product details and an outline of the Conference Programme.

The e-version of the brochure will be uploaded in downloadable format to help you pre plan your visit to the event.

Event Planner / Floor plan

The Floor plan is your most simple navigational tool onsite. It will outline a bird’s view of the participating companies and their respective booth co-ordinates.

The floor plan is uploaded on the website, two months prior to the show.

All pre-registered visitor’s will be presented a complimentary copy of the Event Planner and a bottle of mineral water on their arrival at the event venue.

Shuttle Services

For commuting easily to the expo venue, UBM India has arranged a network of free shuttle services from prominent locations including Indian Habitat Centre, CGO Complex, IIT Delhi, Dhaula Kuan, Dwarka, Gurgaon, Central Delhi Hotels, Akshardham, Pragati Maidan Metro Station, Botanical Garden Metro Station (last mile to venue), etc.

Show Directory

The official event catalogue enlists the profile and contact details of the participating companies. The Show Directory is produced in-house and can be purchased during the event.

Post Show Report

Post show report is a comprehensive handbook of the show published within 15 working days from the date of conclusion.
